This time of year, from about November 15-January 15, we tend to feel overwhelmed, elated and terrified at the same time, facing all of the chores and purchases and events. Yoga is a wonderful way to "get grounded" again. Come to a class -- I know, how do you find the time to fit it in? -- but a little planning, throw your yoga clothes in the car and you can get back to sanity if only for an hour! Yoga really does keep us sane, reminds us not to take life so seriously and allows us to get back to what is important. Finding our mind-body-spirit connection every time we step on the mat will bring us that much closer to a balanced life when we step off of the mat. Namaste and Happy Holidays!
