ABOUT TIMELESS YOGA
Our Yoga Philosophy
TimeLess Yoga is a place for people interested in expanding physical and spiritual boundaries. We have classes for all levels of practitioners. We can provide mats and all equipment for our full class schedule. We are co-located with TimeLess Med Spa & Weight Loss Clinic.
Great yoga, for beginners and experienced yogis, is what you can expect. In addition, we host workshops and provide instruction that you can relate to and understand. We want students to feel safe and comfortable to explore Yoga in our space. Positive energy, learning, physical attention to the body and spiritual attention to the soul is what you'll find in our studio.
Laura Thompson, E-RYT - Laura has been teaching yoga for 10 years and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) through Yoga Alliance. She has been a lover of Yoga since Day 1! Laura is an attorney in northern Utah, and so understands the stresses of balancing career, family, exercise and everything else that seems to invariably come our way. When we make time for Yoga, we make time for ourselves -- body, mind and spirit -- and we take needed steps toward keeping all in balance. Laura approaches teaching Yoga from the point of view that we all have the capacity to do Yoga, regardless of our physical bodies. A practice consisting of breath, any movement and thoughtful contemplation (aka meditation) leads us down a Yogic path toward better physicality and greater focus on the important things in our lives.
Claudette Halverson is a mother of four. She was initially drawn to Yoga by the way it allowed her to move her body into different and challenging poses, surprised at how long she could hold them. During Savasana she would make lists, etc. until that shifted for her. Through the practice of Yoga, Claudette began to listen to her body more and learn to unplug from her daily life to enjoy the solitude of Yoga Practice. She gained her 200 and 500 hour RYT training with Corena Hammer and D'ana Baptiste. She resonates with Vinyasa Flow, linking the breath and the pose and being aware of the connection between them. Claudette invites you to pull up a yoga mat and ride the waves of your own breath and flow with her.
Lori Parrish has been practicing Yoga for over ten years, teaching over five. She enjoys learning something new from each class, whether she is the student or the instructor. She has trained with Jo Canfield, Dana Baptiste, Baron Baptiste and Charlotte Bell. She has enjoyed all her training. With a background in dance, she has great appreciation and awareness of how the body moves. In her own practice she has found that experimenting with each pose, and movement within the pose, is the best way to find what works best for your own body.
Cyndi Black - Cyndi took her first yoga class in 2001 as a different way to exercise. She then found out how it quieted her mind and got her to relax. She took her first yoga training in 2006 as a way to expand her practice. She was then hooked to spread the joy of yoga to others. She has been teaching since 2006. She completed her RYT through YogaFit in 2010 and has taken Seniors, Pre/Post Natal, Kids, and Yoga Therapy. Cyndi loves how yoga helps her feel centered and balanced. She lives in Ogden with her husband, daughter, son, dog, and two cats.
Brittany Madson has found yoga to be a beautiful gift in her life and she feels blessed to have the opportunity to share her passion with other students of yoga. Brittany is a practitioner of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and has a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. She has completed 500 hours of teaching certification and 700 hours of yoga therapy certification training. Until finding yoga, Brittany was unsure how to best offer her skills to facilitate healing and growth in others. Using breath, intention, meditation and asana, Brittany has found a unique peace and stillness on her own journey. She is passionate about sharing her wisdom of these insights with her students and clients. Brittany strives to create an inviting space for her students to gather in community and intention. She sees each class as an opportunity to join with her students and support them on their individual journeys and encourages students to explore the eight-limbed path to yoga. She feels that the physical postures are a mere means to achieve what she hopes her students will find within themselves. As a yoga therapist, she guides her clients toward acknowledging the present moment with acceptance. Utilizing intuition and the higher self, she hopes to help others heal emotional pain, discover mental clarity and find existential truth.
Norianna Diesel - Norianna Diesel is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Registered Somatic Movement Educator, and a Registered Yoga Teacher 200hr. She recieved her yoga certification in 2008 from Asheville Yoga Center with Stephanie Keach. Since that time Norianna has danced professionally with Asheville Contemporary Dance Theater in North Carolina, and with Alsur Danza in Merida, Mexico as a guest artist. After returning from Mexico she decided to attend Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City, UT in 2011. Her passions have always been both movement and the world of healing, following her desire to learn more about the body/ mind connection she completed East West Somatics, Shin Somatics training in 2013 and is doing research into the effects of somatic bodywork on trauma and pain. Norianna teaches a variety of yoga classes, ranging from yin yoga to power vinyasa. In every class she strives to provide a healing and safe atmosphere; in which principles of good body mechanics, proper breathing, and the love of yoga can permeate her students.

Megan Durasin 200-RYT - Megan (Meg) found yoga by way of Starbucks! A co-worker insisted she come to a class at Prana Yoga (now Centered City), and, when she finally went, she quickly fell in love with yoga, attending 8 classes a week. Having received her training from YogaLife Teacher Training at the YogaLoft, Meg hopes to honor in her teaching and practice all those who have been a part of her yoga journey: especially Kathi Needham,Maggie Smith-Odette, Allison Berlin, and Nikki Baker.
