Information & Schedule

Congratulations!  If you are reading this, you are considering becoming certified as a yoga teacher. You may be interested in teaching yoga classes in your community, at a yoga studio or gym, school, workplace or senior center.  OR, you may just want to deepen your yoga practice and personal growth.  Whichever category you fall within, this is the training for you.

Our training is approximately 11 months long, is sanctioned by Yoga Alliance and, upon completion of the entire 200-hr training, you will receive a certificate that can be submitted with your application to YA for registration as a 200-RYT.  The cost of the entire training is $2395.  A list below will indicate everything that the cost of the training includes.

This training is ideal for those seeking to teach yoga in schools, workplaces, studios, gyms, senior centers, and others.  It is also a growth opportunity to deepen your practice in ways you cannot imagine.  You will make connections in your practice that will take you to a greater level of understanding of the rich history and philosophy of yoga, not just the system of asanas that we are accustomed to practicing.

All of the training, except the retreat, will take place at TimeLess Yoga.  You will receive a manual at the beginning of your training and we will add to it as the training progresses.  You will also receive all of your books at the beginning of your training.   In addition, there will be 5 Class Observation Hours, 5 Teaching Hours and some homework outside of the training.
